Protecting Delm and our merchants' data is an ongoing responsibility. We take security seriously and make security maintenance part of operating our services.

Regular security updates ​

We regularly update our services and apply security patches to keep the software they rely on up to date and address known vulnerabilities.

Report a security issue ​

If you find a potential vulnerability in our app or website, please let us know privately.

Email tobias@delm.app. To help us investigate, include:

• The affected URL or feature and a description of the issue.
• Steps to reproduce it and the potential impact.
• Screenshots or a proof of concept, if helpful.

Do not include passwords, access tokens, or personal data in your report. Avoid disruptive testing or accessing other merchants' data.

Please coordinate public disclosure with us so we have an opportunity to investigate and address the issue.
